Esther is a ten-year-old girl with one brother. Her mother has mental issues and refused to take care of her when she was born. Her father has nothing to do with her or her brother. Both of the children have been living with her grandparents since Esther was born. Her grandparents are illiterate and have no income. Her grandmother does not know how much longer she can support the children. Esther loves school and does well. She was very excited and relieved to receive an MGEF scholarship. She started classes in January 2026.
